Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final meaning:

We only offer store credit

To report a flaw you can contact us at info@sbdcollection.com with your full name and order number. Once you have emailed us we ask that you wait up to 24-48 hours for a response. All customers have 1 months since the date their order was placed to report a flaw with their hair. 

Damages and issues

All items and parcels are photographed before shipment and thoroughly inspected by us. We ask that you also inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

After an order is in the hands of the shipping courier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact them if you do encounter any problems.
